With over eight years of carpentry experience, Cody brings a wealth of knowledge to the inspection process. He has a background that equips him with a keen eye for detail, especially in new construction projects.

Cody's educational journey includes three to six years with the U.S. Army Reserves, instilling in him a sense of discipline and service that translates into his work as an inspector. He holds a Maryland license and is qualified to provide ancillary services such as radon, termite, mold, and pool inspections.

Specializing in Northern Maryland and Pennsylvania, Cody focuses primarily on new construction, where he can apply his carpentry expertise to assess the quality and integrity of homes.

When he’s not inspecting properties, Cody is an avid outdoorsman who spends most of his free time exploring the woods. He’s also married to his loving wife, Stefanie, who runs her own baking business. Together, they enjoy crafting, whether it be woodworking, paracord projects, or leatherworking.
