After nearly two decades of swinging hammers and framing walls, Dave decided it was time to trade in his toolbelt for a clipboard. Dave specializes in Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, Carroll, and Harford counties, where his keen eye for detail helps him spot potential issues in new construction, luxury homes, older homes, and condos alike.
