With over 15 years in the inspection industry and a background in construction that includes concrete work and bathroom remodels, Jeff Broussard has seen it all—literally. From luxury homes to charming older properties, Jeff has completed over 4,000 inspections across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

These days, Jeff helps with running the show from the office, overseeing the ProTec inspection team and making sure everything runs smoothly. Though he’s hung up his field tools, his expertise hasn’t gone anywhere. Jeff’s the go-to mentor for new inspectors, sharing his wealth of knowledge and ensuring that every inspection meets the highest standards. While he’s no longer climbing into crawl spaces, he’s still deeply involved in shaping the future of ProTec, coaching his team, and reviewing reports to ensure every client gets the same attention to detail that he’s known for.

When he's not managing the day-to-day operations at ProTec, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, renovating his own home (a never-ending project, as he’ll tell you), or cheering on the Cavs and Browns. You might also find him at the beach or out in nature, soaking up some well-earned downtime.
