Meet Mark Richard, our skilled home inspector with over seven years and 2,000 inspections under his tool belt. Mark’s diverse construction background makes him a valuable asset to our team. He dabbled in various trades, starting as an electrician assistant during high school, working for a paving company, and then spending a solid 12 years in roofing and remodeling. If it involves a ladder or a tool, Mark’s probably got experience with it!


As a licensed home inspector in Maryland, he’s certified for rental license inspections in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, along with expertise in radon, termite, mold, and pool inspections. Mark specializes in the Greater Baltimore Area and Southern PA, inspecting homes of all ages with a particular knack for the historic charm of Baltimore City townhouses.

When he’s not inspecting homes, you can find Mark passionately coaching wrestling and soccer or enjoying family time. He’s a fan of soccer, golf, and fishing—always on the lookout for the next big catch! He proudly cheers on his favorite teams, the Orioles and Ravens.
