Matt DuBois is a seasoned home inspector with over 10 years of experience and 4,000+ inspections under his belt. His background previous to home inspections includes working as part of a real estate agent team, which has given him valuable insights into the home buying process and the importance of thorough inspections.

Matt graduated from Towson University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in English, a foundation that enhances his communication skills when working with clients. He is licensed to inspect residential properties in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. He also holds certifications for radon, termites, mold, and pools.


Specializing in luxury homes, his meticulous approach ensures that every major system and component of the home is thoroughly examined, and he takes pride in delivering clear and informative reports.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid sports fan and loves tackling home improvement projects in his spare time.
