Meet Richard Brown, a seasoned home inspector with over eight years of experience and an impressive 3,500 inspections under his belt. With more than 12 years in the construction industry, Richard has developed a comprehensive understanding of various building types, from historic homes to luxury residences and new constructions.

A graduate of Norfolk State University with a Liberal Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Richard is licensed to inspect residential properties in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C., specializing in residential and new construction inspections. He is also certified in ancillary services including radon, termite, mold, and pool inspections, making him a versatile asset for any client.

Outside of his professional commitments, Richard enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching, and cheering on his kids in their sports activities. He’s a dedicated fan of the New Orleans Saints in football and the San Antonio Spurs in basketball.
