Roger Richardson – Certified Master Inspector

Roger Richardson might not have a construction background, but after seven years and more than 2,000 inspections, he's earned the title of Certified Master Inspector. A proud graduate of ITT Technical Institute with additional coursework from American Military University, Roger spent 22 years serving in the military before trading in his uniform for a toolkit. He is certified to perform inspections in a variety of areas, including radon, mold, termites, pools, and chimneys, as well as pre-drywall assessments.

Specializing in DC and Baltimore regions, Roger inspects everything from new construction and luxury homes to older properties that may need a little extra love and attention. His diverse experience, coupled with a love for helping people, ensures that every client receives a thorough assessment.

When he’s not inspecting homes, you can find Roger enjoying the great outdoors, whether it’s camping, traveling, or hitting the open road on his motorcycle. At home, he’s always tackling a home improvement project or spending quality time with his wife, Jen, and their three kids—Ryan, Sarah, and Claire. A die-hard Boston sports fan, he’s always ready to root for his teams no matter what.
