Meet Ryan Kirby, a dedicated home inspector with over 5 years of experience and 2,000 inspections under his belt. Ryan's journey began in trade school, where he honed his skills as a mechanic. His background as a mechanic has significantly aided his transition into home inspections, as both fields require a keen eye for detail and the ability to diagnose complex issues.

Ryan is licensed to perform residential, commercial, and new construction inspections in Maryland, Virginia, and DC allowing him to encounter a diverse range of properties, from historic homes to modern constructions. He is also New Residential Specialist (NRS) certified for Viriginia.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys riding his motorcycle, hitting the gym, and surfing. As a big Philadelphia sports fan, he finds joy in cheering for his teams and spending time with family and friends.
