Sam Thompson has been a dedicated home inspector for the past five years, completing over 2,000 inspections during that time. Though he does not have formal construction experience, Sam’s background as an engineering student equips him with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills essential in the home inspection field.

Licensed to inspect commercial and residential properties in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Sam is well-versed in a variety of building types, including new constructions, luxury homes, and older properties. His qualifications extend to all our ancillary services such as radon, termite, mold, pools, chimney, and sewer inspections, further enhancing his ability to serve clients effectively.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Sam enjoys exercising, whether it is lifting weights or running, and is a dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys. His commitment to excellence in home inspection and his enthusiasm for empowering clients set him apart in the industry.
